Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Communication was bad from the start. The guy on the phone was short, hard to understand, and clearly didn’t care. I switched to text just to make sure things were clear.

They confirmed they would be at the location at 3pm. Based on that, I drove 1.5 hours to meet them. They never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing.

When I tried calling, the calls immediately failed. I then tried WhatsApp. They didn’t answer, just sent an automatic message saying they’d call back. They never did. After that, complete silence. No explanation, no apology, no accountability.

This wasn’t a small inconvenience. They wasted my time, my gas, and completely screwed my schedule. Standing someone up after confirming a time is beyond unprofessional — it’s disrespectful and irresponsible.

If this is how they operate before a job even starts, I wouldn’t trust them with anything I own. Avoid this company unless you’re okay with being ghosted and left hanging. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had, hands down

We recently moved and trusted Raptors movers for our move. One word.. WOW. We moved from a three story townhome to a regular town home (in a construction zone), and the raptors movers team were absolutely amazing with all our stuff. Very professional, communicated well, had protective layers to ensure that carpet isn't damaged. They also assembled everything so quick. I definitely recommend them for any move & will be using them in the future!

Moving places can be a very stressful experience, specially if you’re planning on doing so on your own. After doing my research months in advance and reading horrible reviews online from other moving companies I contacted raptor movers based on the countless positive reviews they had across all review boards online. Unfortunately my experience with them was a total nightmare and will never be using their services again nor would I recommend them to anybody, specially women going through a move on their own. Firstly, I was unfairly overcharged for the service provided. I contacted the company about a month in advance and they sent me a quote that didn’t match what I ended up being charged in the slightest. I’m attaching a picture of the quote I received and final receipt side by side so you can see how they SCAM you. Note how there’s a “long walk” charge that I was never made aware of by the company and which is completely irrational because there was not a long walk whatsoever. Both units were less than 60 ft away from the elevators. The units were located on the 5th & 6th floor respectively and service elevators were provided. Also, the movers didn’t start working until about an hour after their arrival time but still charged me for that hour in which they didn’t do anything because they were trying to find a parking spot since they showed up with a massive truck that would not fit through the entrance to the underground parking even through I made it clear since the beginning that I was going to be moving out of a small 1 bedroom condo downtown. It’s not my fault that they brought a truck big enough to move a 4 bedroom house. I’m going to list what was moved so you can get an idea of the amount of stuff I had: a couch set, coffee and tea table, tv table, Tv, 2 night tables, 1 chest and mirror, 1 bed (which was already disassembled for them), 5 suitcases, and around 35 medium size boxes. They also charged me for 3hrs to unload the truck at the destination even though it only took less than 2 hours. You can also see that I was quoted 65/hr, but ended up being charged 70/hr instead. Secondly, they were not careful at all when handling my furniture. I found multiple scratches and dents on my wooden furniture and on the walls of my new place. last but not least, the movers hired by this company are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was constantly sexually harassed by one of the movers. He kept making unwanted comments about my physical appearance which made me very uncomfortable. Comments such as “you make me really horny” & “Im going to j**k off to you tonight”. He also kept asking if he could touch/see my breast even though I made it very clear to him multiple times that I had a boyfriend and was not interested in him. A month after the moving the owner/manager of this company had the audacity to text me asking me to write them a good review. I expressed my discontent and told him about the horrible experience I had had, but nothing was offered to make up for it. His response was that they some times use other companies to provide services for them when they’re busy which is something they should definitely let the customer know beforehand. If I wanted some random company off of craigslist or Kijiji to handle my moving I could’ve contacted them myself.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $678

Our family moved on 15 th of May 15 mins down the road in Brampton and we decided to hire Raptor Movers for this job after examine of many companies on Kijiji and Craigslist and marking out raptors from all of them according to their previous customer reviews. We are very happy with our decision to work with them.

Pre-move: From the first meeting with KD we were impressed with his thoroughness and willingness to help us. He was prompt with his estimates and lived up to the expectations he set for response times with communications, etc.. We rented some rigid plastic crates and we bought some moving supplies from Raptor movers and they were delivered on time prior to moving day as promised.

Moving Day: The crew showed up on time, laid down their runner mats and got to work immediately. Our crew was made up of prabh,guri and karan(hope I got their names right). They each introduced themselves and were very friendly, had positive attitudes and were helpful all throughout the day. These guys kept their pace up and didn't slow down as the day went on. Everything was wrapped up safely and packed securely. They were able to fill every cubic foot of that truck - my wife and I were amazed. The crew worked very well together, were clean, respectful and there was no colorful language, etc. either. Once they loaded the truck up they drove to the new place, laid down the runners again and got started unpacking.they also packed most of our fragile furniture and wrapped the remaining to protect from damage or scratches.me and my husband notice the movers were working without any breaks and hence we order food for them so they had a 20 mins break and started working right after they finish the food.the job was done in 10 hrs but we paid for 8 hrs of labour plus truck fees.

Negatives: None. That said, if there was anything that was unexpected or out of line with my initial expectations, it was that one of their trucks had broken down so the crew had a smaller one than was initially supposed to come. As such, they had to do an extra trip. However, company took responsibility for all this and did not charge for the time of the second trip which was a very fair way to deal with it so I can't even say it was a "negative" experience.

Summary: The day was uneventful which, to me, means it was amazing. I can't say I've been able to say that about any moves I've done myself in the past. Nothing was damaged or lost and everything was done within the estimated timeline. Several times during the day my husband and I would step back and comment to each other how good these guys are at what they do. Overall we paid 986$(917 $ for the move and rest for the supplies) for the whole move including the moving supplies and cost for rental plastic boxes.All in all, it was a great experience working with the team of Raptor movers and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family of mine in future moves.Keep up doing the good work Raptor movers ??

We decided to use Raptor Movers after being referred to them by a coworker. It was an excellent service. The Movers have done a very clean and neat service without any damages. They were very polite, friendly, professional and careful with all of our belongings. Office person(david) has been responsive with quotes and additional information. The team from this company was great and did a super job. And the price was the most competitive we could find in the market among well known movers. We would highly recommend Raptor Movers will use them again for sure.we paid 367$for 2 bedroom basement stuff.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $367

I could not recommend Raptor Movers enough, they showed up on the day of the move on time and brought their truck. Within 5 minutes of being there they had already started loading stuff into the truck. The team of 4 was very respectful of our space and our items. They disassembled our large furniture (beds, shelves etc.) and wrapped it in plastic. They laid down matts and runners all over our house to minimize any mess. They even brought their own tape to close any loose/open boxes we might have had.

When we got to the new house, they laid down the runners again and quickly got a run down of where each of the rooms were. They moved everything into the house into the correct rooms and nothing was misplaced or broken.

They worked quickly and they charged us very reasonably. They made our move very easy, quick and painless. I would highly recommend them.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $800

Not all movers are the same, especially for smeller and mid sized jobs. We have had a number of experiences over many years, and was most impressed by Raptor. Found them on Kijiji and checked before booking them. Prompt initial response, accurate explanation of charges were good. Arrived on time, on a Sunday (!] and worked. Are fully and tirelessly. The three man team were all polite, industrious and honestly impressed us wit( their care and attitude.

Wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $500

We used Raptors movers for our moving last week. They are extremely professional and also very helpful. Helped us with stuff which were not agreed also. They were on time. We couldn’t believe how fast they moved our stuff. The whole process was seamless. No damage anywhere. Owner Karan is very kind and accommodative. We changed our moving date timing at a short notice and he accomodated it. We highly recommend Raptors movers. You can blindly trust them for your moving requirements. We have already recommended them to couple of our friends. Raptor movers will be our only choice for future requirements.

I had used Raptor Movers for two of my moves and they were great. I coordinated with Karan and he was super helpful and very transparent. First day when the movers arrived, we had to reschedule at the last moment due to unforeseen issues from my end and the guys were so understanding and didn’t make any fuzz. I had planned to move from Brampton to Markham and I had confirmed a new date for the move with the guys and they happily obliged. In the mean time, I had to unfortunately exit out of my lease from the new place in Markham due to a lot of issues in the new place and had to move all my stuff to a storage. Karan gave a reference which was pretty great and I had got the storage for free as well. So the guys packed all the stuff in my home and moved everything to the storage facility. I along with my family then stayed in hotel for a week and half and continued the rental home hunt. After we found another new home in Markham, the guys helped move from the storage to the new home. For both the moves, the guys were so awesome and very professional. The pricing was also reasonable and they were extremely transparent with the invoicing, rates, services and coordination. More than that, the guys were very flexible to my needs, timing and planning. I would certainly recommend Raptor Movers to anyone. If you are looking for moving services or both packing & moving services, they are your Go-To people. They are truly professional and just great! Thanks a lot Team!

Before movement, I was quite worried as previous experiences were terrible and unprofessional with other movers. This time my friend referred Karan after his last movement experience, i found him to be very transparent from day one till movement.On movement day he could'nt join but his team came and very quick and professional, finish all movement that includes diassemble and assemble of big items like bed table on time without any concern.Even tried their best to have all stuff in one truck ensuring nothing gets break and i dont need to pay for another trip...Brought their huge truck which made my movement hassle free, I highly recommend Raptors Movers for big movement.

I had checked with several movers before selling on Raptors, and I'm glad I did. Very good service. There were 3 movers who arrived, and they worked quickly and efficiently. I had expected that services working on an hourly rate would good slow and delay as much as possible to get more hours, but Raptors were not like that at all.

There was no wasted time, and they worked straight without a break. Would be happy to use them again, if I need to move.

I had an excellent experience with Raptor Movers this past weekend. I received a quote promptly and the communication with staff was great leading up to the move. The movers, Karan and Akash were efficient and they went above and beyond in ensuring our stuff was well protected and delivered with zero issues. Moving during pandemic is not ideal but Raptor team nailed it. Give them a chance and they will make your move trouble-free . They deserve 10/10 for efficiency and professionalism.

Ok so this is a late review mostly because the time I could have spent writing a positive review was taken up getting the rest of our stuff on our own and going back and forth between Milton and Barrie!

I will start off by saying the 3 young men that moved us were very polite and worked hard but all three of them were new! Not one senior person on our move of a 3 bedroom house. My husband communicated with David and someone else came out to our place to review how much stuff we had. Neither were actually there to do our move. We were told $1200 for whatever could fit in a 26ft truck to be at our house 9am Sunday July 4th. We called Saturday to confirm everything was good because we had not heard from them even though we booked a month or more in advance. After many Unanswered calls we finally messaged through WhatsApp so we could see if the message was read. We were then told that both trucks broke down but they were going to do our move but at 2pm Sunday.

We had everything Wrapped and Packed on the lower levels of the house to save some work. Well….2:30pm rolled around and no call from them so we reached out and they said they would be there at 4:45pm. Truck got to our new place at 10pm and finished unloading at midnight. Our house was full of moths and mosquitoes from having the doors open. They moved everything by hand instead of using a Dolly.

My husband was there when they packed the truck at the old house and it was so poorly packed that there were huge gaps of space that could have been used. We ended up extending rental of our storage space and renting a truck to pickup the rest of our stuff because they couldn’t fit it on the truck. This also added two additional trips to and from the city.

I guess when they charge by the truck load they don’t mean full truck. Next time we will definitely be using a larger company instead of supporting small. Very disappointing. My recommendation for your company as someone who has worked in customer service environments for over 25years is Improve your communication with clients, if we knew it would be so inconvenient to move us we could have gotten someone else. Have at least one senior mover on the job to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and make the most use of your truck especially when charging by the truck load. I really hope you take this feedback to heart. You advertise that you take the stress out if moving but having you move us was the most stressful part!
